Recently, a young man wanted us to help him sell off most of the contents of his condo. He was moving in with his fiancee' and didn't need all his stuff to go with him. Lots of collections, things that were his and his parents he had accumulated. This was not a clutter filled home, actually felt fairly spartan when walking through.
He did not want an on site estate sale, didn't want to disturb his neighbors in that condo community with very little parking available. Didn't want to have lots of people walking through his home, just felt more secure health wise to limit those coming in. So we did an Online Auction for him. He couldn't have been happier.
Every item sold and was taken out of his home so no longer his problem to deal with. Our staff made the entire process feel like magic to him, and he ended up with a good deal of cash replacing the things he needed gone.
